B. Child Safety & Content Moderation

Sefhaus is committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all users. We strictly prohibit content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our platform enforces the following safety measures:

i. Strict age restrictions (18+ only)

ii. Content moderation using automated filters and manual review

iii. User reporting & blocking tools to report any violations

iv. Immediate removal & reporting of any illegal or harmful content

v. Collaboration with Law enforcement agencies to report criminal activities.

II. Contains hate speech, violence, or explicit depictions of minors.

III. Promotes illegal activities or services.

IV. Infringes on intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

I. Users can purchase subscriptions or other services through the Platform. Payment terms will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.

II. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

I. These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

II. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration referred to one arbitrator chosen by the Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators. The dispute shall be determined using the Arbitration Act and its rules. And where applicable the Institutes rules. The arbitration shall take place in Dar es Salaam and the award shall be final and binding upon the parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

i. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
